Beach houses and cabanas are available for rent to be your home base for the day. Whether you're just relaxing for lunch or rallying the troops before heading home, it's the ideal way to spend the day.
Beach Houses rent for $175.00 each day, and require a $40 cash key deposit. They are rented on the day of a guest's visit, and may be rented from the Cotton Trader. It is first come, first serve. Each beach house contains a table with benches on either side and another long bench along the wall. There are no restrooms or changing facilities in the beach house. It is air conditioned. You will be given one key to the beach house. The maximum number of guests allowed in a beach house is 25.
Cabanas rent for $100.00 each day, Sunday-Friday, and $150.00 each on Saturdays. They are rented on the day of a guest's vist, and may be reserved by calling the park in advance. We will hold a Cabana until 11:00 a.m. on the day it is reserved, and then it will be released back to other guests if not claimed/paid for by 11:00 a.m. Each cabana contains a fan, 2 lounge chairs, 2 regular chairs, and 2 small tables. The maximum number of guests allowed in a cabana is 8.
At the Residence Inn Baton Rouge/Siegen Lane, we feature Newly Renovated Studios, One and Two Bedroom Suites that are ideal for families. We are located just 3 miles west of Blue Bayou/Dixie Landin' Water Park on Exit 163 of I-10. All suites are fully equipped with a full kitchen and fireplaces in some rooms.
